Cameron Ruff
Executive Director
With over 13 years of experience in senior living, Cameron brings a passion for helping others and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of residents and their families. Since joining All American at Raynham in 2023, she has enjoyed building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting families through important life transitions, and helping create a community where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and at home.
As Executive Director, Cameron takes pride in leading a dedicated team that shares her commitment to providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment. For her, the most rewarding part of senior living is the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s day, whether through a simple conversation, a shared laugh, or helping a family find peace of mind.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys fishing, rock climbing, and spending quality time with her family.
